How does it work?

Access rights

From the portal you invite your employees to accept their car park access rights. The system automatically generates an e-mail to the employee concerned. All your employee has to do is accept the car park access rights in the Q-Park App.

Up-to-date overview

You can also temporarily or permanently withdraw car park access rights in just a few clicks. So everything about parking works quickly and easily for you as manager as well as for those parking their car. You can call up a full overview of who is using which car park access rights at any time.

Number plate

All your employees have access to their business season ticket through the Q-Park App. They can access the car park based on their number plate, so they no longer need a physical ticket or pass.
